We care about everyone who uses our services and trusts us, and making sure they are happy is a big part of Dollarairtickets. To get your money back from a Cancellation Policy booking, follow the steps outlined in this agreement.

First, you don't have to pay any additional fees if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. That said, a refund is a complex process, as it depends on the airline, hotel, or service provider's rules and regulations.

Sometimes, you have to change your plan. Consequently, you have to update your reservation status accordingly. In those cases, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for your flight.

Cancellation Details

These are the specifics for canceling your Dollarairtickets reservations. There is no discount for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation.

• Cancellations by mail are not accepted.
• Only phone cancellations are accepted.
• Based on your reservations with us, many are non-refundable because that's how the airline operates.

If you cancel your reservation, we cannot guarantee a refund, as it depends on the airline's and hotel's refund policies.

Refund

We want our return procedures to be easy to understand:

Refunds depend on the policies of Airlines and hotels; we cannot guarantee discounts.

• If you cancel within 24 hours, you have a better chance of getting a refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and take 10 to 15 business days to process. The sum may take longer to appear in banks; in extreme cases, it could take 60 to 90 days.
• Service fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
